Elemental Coffee
Elemental Coffee is now open inside Innovation Hall, serving the Oklahoma City Innovation District daily from 7 AM to 4 PM. As one of Oklahoma City’s most respected small batch roasters, Elemental brings nearly two decades of craft coffee, community building, and hospitality to the heart of the District.
Founded in 2008 as Oklahoma’s first third wave micro roaster, Elemental helped shape the city’s modern coffee culture from its Midtown beginnings on Hudson Avenue. From serving espresso through a garage door during early construction days to becoming a statewide supplier and opening a location at Will Rogers World Airport, Elemental has grown alongside Oklahoma City itself.
The Innovation Hall café continues that evolution.
Designed to serve researchers, entrepreneurs, students, and community partners who move through the District each day, the space offers more than coffee. Guests can expect small batch drip and espresso drinks, signature favorites like the London Fog, and a thoughtfully curated food menu that includes Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Toast, Breakfast Burritos, and other health conscious options suited for busy professionals and those who want to linger.
OUHSC students and staff receive a neighborhood discount, reinforcing the café’s role as a daily gathering point for the District’s academic and medical community.
At its core, Elemental remains guided by a simple belief: Oklahoma City deserves exceptional coffee and a welcoming place to enjoy it. Inside Innovation Hall, that belief meets the Innovation District’s mission to create approachable spaces where ideas, industries, and people connect.
