This month’s Cocktails and Collaborations brings the Innovation District and UCO’s Educators’ Leadership Academy together for an evening centered on connection, leadership, and community.

ELA has spent more than two decades supporting educators through programs that strengthen leadership capacity, broaden perspective, and equip professionals to navigate an evolving educational landscape. Their multidisciplinary cohorts and workshop style approach give participants fresh strategies and renewed purpose. This work aligns with the Innovation District’s commitment to developing talent across Oklahoma.
